Moneyversity is an Android application developed by IIFL Management Services Limited that aims to bridge the gap between learning and working. It is a continuous capability building and professional development initiative that creates business impact by enhancing the learning and performance culture of the organization.
The application offers three holistic themes to enhance the capabilities of employees in different functions like sales, operations, risk, compliance, technology, and corporate employees. Firstly, it brings together all learning experiences in a single unified platform, including traditional ones like classroom/instruction-led training, modern ones like virtual instructor-led training, new-age experiences like micro-learning, and MOOC-based learning. Secondly, it keeps employees engaged through social engagement and social learning tools like enterprise chat and knowledge forums, with intelligent/contextual learning recommendations. Lastly, it provides managers with data and analytics of their reportees' learning progress and performance, correlating them with business performance, and micro-appraising them to provide daily capability building feedback.
